I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. I am pre-accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am also accredited with the Addiction Counsellors of Ireland (ACI).
